OSHA violations from Faulconer construction

OSHA violations may be a dime a dozen, however this is something of a masterpiece - and yes, that is the foreman telling the poor slob in the ditch to "get out of there" as the z-forms (unsecured, and improperly set) collapse on either side collapse... another day on the job at faulconer construction

  1. LMAO...like the foreman cares ?!!! He's not the one in the trench in danger !!! He's some salaried fool who makes 5 times what the real workers in the trench do. They risk life and limb for scraps, while the rats get fatter !! Kudo's to you for having the courage to stand up !!

  2. The right safety training wouldn't have made that happen in the first place. Osha training is definitely much cheaper and worth it than penalties and citations plus OSHA, not mentioning the medical bills a company has to pay for injured workers.
